3. Ordering
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods.
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and Trailer Systems Limited is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors, stock discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity occur.

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

6. Delivery
We currently offer free UK mainland delivery on most orders unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We shall not be liable for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures, strikes, supply chain disruptions or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Title to Goods:
Ownership of goods remains with Trailer Systems Limited until full payment has been received and cleared.
7. Returns and Refunds
Consumers have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
In addition, Trailer Solutions offers a 30-day returns period for unused, unopened and resalable products.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include original packaging where possible.
- Be returned within the applicable return period.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless:
- The item is faulty.
- The item has been supplied incorrectly.
- The item has been damaged during transit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:
