Delivery and Refunds Policy

1. Delivery

Trailer Solutions provides free UK mainland delivery on most orders unless otherwise stated.

Orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, however delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, courier operations and factors outside our control.

2. Returns and Refunds

Returning Unwanted Items

We accept returns of new, unused and undamaged products within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • Be unused and in a resalable condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories where possible.
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs when returning unwanted items.

Refunds will not normally be issued for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, modified, or returned outside the stated return period.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a fault is confirmed, or we have supplied the wrong item, we will arrange an appropriate remedy which may include:

  • A replacement product.
  • A repair where applicable.
  • A full refund.

Please contact us before returning any faulty or damaged item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.


3. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.

If you require a different product, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order through our website.


4. Refund Processing

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, approved refunds will normally be processed within 3 working days.

Please note that your bank, card provider or payment processor may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method used to place the order.
