2. Refunds and Returns
Unopened and Unused Items
We accept returns of merchandise that remains unopened, unused, and undamaged within 30 days of the original sale. Once items are received and verified to be in original condition, full refunds are processed.
Customers bear responsibility for safe return shipment unless an error was made in fulfilment.
Faulty Items
