1. Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders placed through Trailer Solutions.
Orders are dispatched promptly during our standard office hours, Monday to Friday,
9.00am–5.00pm. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and courier
schedules, but we always aim to ensure your items arrive in a timely and reliable manner.

2. Refunds and Returns
Unopened and Unused Items
We accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and undamaged,
provided they are returned within 30 days of the original sale. A full refund
will be issued once the goods have been received and inspected to confirm they are in
their original condition.
The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item unless the product was
supplied in error.
Faulty Items
If an item is found to be faulty, it may be returned under the terms of the
manufacturer’s warranty. Once assessed and confirmed as faulty, we will arrange
a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
